Never Ending Ticket FAQ’s

FAQ

How do I buy a NET?

They are on sale on our website as a ‘buy tickets’ option on each show. Normally they’re slightly more expensive than just buying a ticket, but as it’s valid forever*, it’s well worth the extra.

The price varies as we do sales from time to time. Join our mailing list for information on these (remember to mark us as a safe sender).

Am I sent an actual ticket in the post?

No.

You will receive a booking confirmation via email.

You bring this with you and your purchase confirmation.

When you arrive, you will be given your NET for future use.

How do I then use my physical ticket in the future?

You must pre-book it, which you are allowed to do 7 days before the show you want.

Type the link on the ticket into your browser.

You must bring your booking confirmation and NET with you. If you do not bring your NET, the booking is not valid.

What shows can I use my NET on?

You can use them on any of our normal Backyard Thursday, Friday or Saturday night shows except New Years Eve.

There may also be other selected shows when they are valid too. You’ll be emailed about these 7 days before the selected show.

How does a NET work?

Once you have a NET it is actually valid for 6 months. Once you use it, we will replace it with a new NET valid for the next 6 months. Basically if you keep using it, we will keep replacing it. You can use it as many times as you like. If you let the 6 months expire it is cancelled. If you lose it, it’s gone. DON’T LOSE IT.

Are there any other terms and conditions?

Only that our normal 7.15pm rules apply. You must arrive by 7.15pm or a £3 late arrival fee will be charged.

To buy your Never Ending Ticket simply pick the event you want to come to and click the Buy Tickets Button and select the Never Ending Ticket.
